PUBLIC ACCESS ROOM

The Public Access Room (PAR) is located on the 4th floor of the Hawaii State Capitol. PAR is a public resource available for you to be involved in the legislative process. Resources include computers and office supplies to prepare testimony for legislative committees, large-print reading materials, complete Session Laws, and more.
